Our Story

How We Began

A.S. Legal, Law Offices was established in 2009 by Saubhagya Agarwal with a clear purpose: to provide high-quality, integrated legal services that combine technical excellence with commercial practicality.

Over the years, the Firm has grown into a full-service practice comprising three senior partners — Saubhagya Agarwal, V Rajkumar, and Sumit Babbar — supported by six associates, a chartered accountant, and a company secretary on retainer.

The Firm has built a strong reputation for advising Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, government bodies, public sector undertakings, financial institutions, and individuals. Clients include the BBC, Ericsson AB, Baker Hughes, AIIMS, FSSAI, Max Healthcare, and Reliance Life Insurance, amongst others.

Today, A.S. Legal offers services across over twenty practice areas, with the ability to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, ITAT, NCLT, TDSAT, and other forums across the country.
