Sumit Babbar

He has appeared in courts across fourteen states in India, with his primary base being the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and the National Green Tribunal (NGT). He possesses an excellent grasp of the fundamentals and nuances of civil and commercial law, both in corporate advisory and litigation.

He has represented a number of public sector parties in litigation, including acting as Counsel for the Union of India in various matters of public importance. He has also served as Counsel for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), the Central Council for Indian Medicine (CCIM), Max Healthcare, and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, and forums across India.
