1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Billionaire Vox provides refunds for campaign services purchased by brands and clients, and the payment protection measures for creators and journalists. We are committed to fair and transparent payment practices for all parties on the platform.

2. Client Campaign Refunds

Campaign fees paid by brands, organisations, and clients are subject to the following refund terms: Full Refund: A full refund is available if a campaign is cancelled more than 7 business days before the scheduled campaign start date, provided no briefs have been distributed. Partial Refund: If a campaign is cancelled after briefs have been distributed but before content delivery, a refund of 50% of the unspent campaign budget (excluding creator fees already committed) will be issued. No Refund: No refund is available once content has been delivered and campaign distribution has commenced. Campaigns in active delivery are considered fulfilled. Quality Issues: If the delivered campaign does not meet the agreed specifications (as defined in the campaign brief), clients must raise a dispute within 5 business days of delivery. Billionaire Vox will assess and, if validated, issue a partial or full credit toward a future campaign.

3. Creator and Journalist Payments

Creators and journalists who complete accepted campaign briefs are entitled to full payment as specified in the campaign brief. Payment Protection: Billionaire Vox holds campaign funds in escrow prior to brief distribution. Creator payments are guaranteed once a campaign brief is accepted and the content is delivered meeting brief specifications. Non-Delivery: If a creator or journalist fails to deliver by the agreed deadline without prior communication, the campaign fee may be reallocated. Creators may be suspended from receiving future briefs. Disputed Deliveries: If a client disputes a delivery, Billionaire Vox will mediate within 5 business days. If the content is found to meet the brief, full payment will be released to the creator.

4. Authority Building Services

For guest posting, backlink, and online media services: If a placement is not delivered within the agreed timeline (typically 48-72 hours), a full credit is applied to your account for a replacement placement. Placements that go live and are subsequently removed by the publication for reasons unrelated to guideline violations by the client are eligible for a replacement placement at no extra cost. No monetary refunds are issued for completed placements that are live and confirmed.

5. Platform Subscription Fees

Where Billionaire Vox operates subscription-based access tiers (if applicable), the following applies: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund minus any services used.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund: 1. Contact us at refunds@billionairevox.com within the applicable window. 2. Include your campaign ID, organisation name, and reason for the refund request. 3. Our team will respond within 3 business days with a resolution. 4. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds to bank accounts or UPI may take 3-5 additional business days depending on your bank.

7. Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases: — Campaigns cancelled due to violation of our Terms and Conditions. — Content removed due to legal or compliance issues attributable to the client. — Creator/journalist non-delivery disputes resolved in favour of the creator. — Force majeure events affecting campaign delivery.
