Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Billionaire Vox platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Creator Content and Campaigns

Creators collaborating with brands hold the license to their original content, but by submitting content to a campaign through Billionaire Vox, you grant the associated Brand a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content as specified in the Campaign Brief.

• Content must not violate any intellectual property rights.
• Content must comply with platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines or local equivalent laws.

4. Payments and Payouts

Billionaire Vox acts as a payment facilitator. Brands are charged when a campaign starts or content is approved. Creators will receive payouts to their connected wallets or bank accounts according to our standard payout schedule (typically Net-15 or Net-30), minus applicable platform fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Billionaire Vox, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
